MORS - Expert Advising and Action in Case of an Attack by Weapons of Mass Destruction and by Classical Means

In the framework of protection against natural and other disasters, NIB implements:
• professional advice and action in the event of an attack with weapons or means of mass destruction and with classic terrorist means
• together with the Phytosanitary Administration of the Republic of Slovenia, NIB carries out control over the agents of plant diseases, and performs toxicological tests and detection of toxicants in water, soil and food.
In the field of cyanobacteria and their cyanotoxins in Slovenian waters, we have established the platform Ciano SLO, where citizens can get all information about the toxic cyanobacteria, explore the interactive map of endangered areas and upload a photo from their waters.
