On the NIB we have certified GLP laboratory for testing mutagenicity with bacterial reverse mutation assay, or the Ames test (OECD 471). Testing is performed in accordance with the OECD Principles of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) in various strains of Salmonella typhimurium (TA97a, TA98, TA100, TA102, TA1535, TA1537, TA1538 et al.) and Escherichia coli (WP2 uvrA, WP2 uvrA pKM101) with/without metabolic activation. Price of one GLP study is between 1500 and 4500 €, the time required to carry out the study is 4-6 weeks.
We also provide other toxicological tests in vitro under the "non-DLP" conditions:
• SOS / umuC test (ISO 13829: 2000) in bacteria
• In vitro micronucleus test on mammalian cells (OECD 487)
• Comet assay
• Analysis of the γ-H2Ax by flow cytometry
• Test HepG2CDKN1A-DsRed
• Testing the cytotoxicity of medical devices (ISO 10993-5 and ISO 10993-12)
• Consulting and support
